XLOO is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! lf you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the purchase WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Our refund policy is only valid for goods purchased directly from XLOO limited with terms and conditions listed below. In the event you return an item that you purchased from XLOO, you can either exchange the product for another or request a full refund for the purchase price.
Change of Mind
- Return due to no fault of the product will only be accepted within 14 days of purchasing the product.
- The product must be in it’s original packaging with all accessories included for the return to be accepted.
Damaged Goods
- If the product is damaged through no fault of manufacturing the return will not be accepted.
- If the product is damaged upon receiving a replacement product will be sent out once the returned item has been received.
Faulty Goods
- If the product was pointed out to have a fault upon purchase, the return will not be accepted.
- If the product has a fault within 1 year of purchasing a replacement product will be provided upon return of the faulty product.
Additional Terms
In the event a product was purchased in a promotion which offers anther free product, both products must be returned.
Return Shipping Charges
If the item is defective or damaged in shipping or the product has a technical fault, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice. Please note the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
